Love the podcast. One of my favorite podcasts to listen to on my way to work – 2.5 hour commute one way, meaning I have many favorites but I look forward hungrily to listening to the next episode. Good job guys!

Yeah it seems as though LaGuerta is uvbnoalle with the first two seasons. She’s grown somewhat after the death of Doakes because we see her in a different light especially this season. I say go ahead with the books, the first book was the inspiration for the series and the first season but after that, the show and the books go their separate ways. The books are good because they give a different story to Dexter and he feels less human in them. The series borrows a few elements from the books but nothing is actually word for word. I haven’t read the latest book but as soon as I do, I’ll tell you if it’s worth reading.
