Love this episode I hope to attend PAX Prime and maybe run into the food truck for ESO and I hope you all manage to run into it as well. For Dave I don’t know exactly how small your town or city is but I’m from Kentucky and NOTHING happens here not even weather just like this barrier around Louisville where nothing happens. lol. I love Dragonborn I just finished it a little while ago and being lvl 55 it wasn’t too difficult but the quests were awesome and I still have a bunch left and I’m wondering how to get some to trigger. Also I’m taking on your mage challenge and made a Breton, had to go with that after seeing the archer in the ESO trailer not playing the same but still had to make one because of that. Got to only lvl 6 or so so far but working my way up using destruction and conjuration. Bringing zombies back is the best! Keep up the amazing work and I can’t wait to hear what you all do next!

Gavin – did you like you post so much you posted it twice?
Of course! lol, no I accidentally clicked submit twice and there’s no way to delete them that I see.
Shank you know that Ulfric Stormcloak (and by extension the stormcloaks) is a minion of the Aldmeri Dominion, just read the book about Ulfric in the Aldmeri Dominion’s embassy, it basically says that Ulfric’s only purpose is to weaken the empire by making skyrim independent so that the Aldmeri dominion can more easily conquer the empire and really siding with Ulfric could lead to the Aldmeri Dominion ruling all of Tamriel and then in acting their plan to destroy the world and ascend to divines (or atleast they think destroying the world will make them divines, it’s related to the dwemer and the elfen ancestor gods)
I remember reading that! was kinda disappointed there was nothing more really said about it. Hopefully some DLC with sort that out at some point
would enjoy taking Ulfric’s head and leading the Stormcloaks myself!
Hey guys quick question for the mage challenge if i were to put points into one handed to use a bound sword in one hand a fire ball or to sin the other like a battlemage would that break the challenge or is that still ok.
putting points in to melee skill systems is not really a mage to be honest. even using a conjured wep.
Alirght im actually going to ask my question in understandable english this time. So if i were to put points into one handed and archery to use a bound sword in one hand and a fireball in the other. Then also have a bound bow as a backup would that still be considered within the mage challenge rules or would it break the idea of the mage challenge
Has anyone gone into Labyrinthian with 100% Magic Resist enchanted armor(cumulative) and avoided losing the Magicka from the voice or does it not matter?
Ok one more question for the mage challenge could i use heavy armor on my mage because i really like the look of deadric armor and it would be even better looking as a caster or do i have to use all robes. Also since almost all of the dragon priest masks have awesome enchants for mages it would be great to use them but since most of them are heavy armor i dont want to have just one piece of heavy armor on i either want to go all heavy or all robes. One more thing is i dont want to use mods to make the dragon priest masks cloth i want the build to be as vanilla skyrim as i can get it.
They better make the orc heavy armor the coolest and not like the stupid oversize samurai style in skyrim
As a both PS3 and Xbox360 owner, I have a copy of Skyrim on both platforms. I originally had it for the PS3, hoping to utilize the better gaming controller, but when the DLCs weren’t coming out, I bought a Xbox copy. I have to admit I was about to give up hope that Bethesda wasn’t going to fix the PS3 problem, but behold, they were triumphant! Now I can make use of controller that has the 4 bumper buttons, and better D-pad.
Now I know you guys on the podcast are PC users, but I’ve never been big on using my rig for a RT RPG. And although my PC is a beast when it comes to performace, the use of a mouse to control a real time game is just too un-nerving!
That’s why I wonder if Bethesda has ever played with the idea of a 4 or 6 player co-operative Elder Scrolls RPG, similar to all those FPS games like Modern Warfare. I know that ESO will have the ability to be similar, but you and I know that an MMORPG still differs from a standard Co-Op.
Thoughts?
Whst is the brass/percussion music at around 22:00? It’s awesome.
